Key Responsibilities
Manage invoicing, collections, and timesheets to ensure financial accuracy and timely payments
Maintain CRM data integrity and oversee the administrative backend of technology platforms
Facilitate communication and meeting management to ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Operations, Billing, Bookkeeping, or Accounts Receivable and Payable functions
Proficient in QuickBooks and experience with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM
Experience working remotely with minimal oversight
Strong confidentiality practices and data protection awareness
High level of organization and attention to detail
