Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner physician employment in Arizona : *Join a well-established multi-specialty group seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistant to join Pain Management Team in Southwest Suburban Phoenix.*

• Essential Functions : *

Provide patient services to adult and geriatric patients

Perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling / education

Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments and exams

Handle prescription needs, provide advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education and coordination of care

• Education and Licensure : *

Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam

Must possess a license as a NP or PA in the State of Arizona.

• Experience : *

One year of APP experience required
