Summary / Objective
The Accounts Receivable Specialist at Haimer USA supports the Accounting team by performing a variety of tasks including bookkeeping, data entry and assisting with financial reporting. This position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and punctuality.
What you would do :
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and disputes.
- Process customer payments and record transactions accurately.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as needed.
- Input daily transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager.
