Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on coaching by actively listening to agent calls and offering timely feedback
Maintain a results-oriented mindset by holding agents accountable for both performance and behaviors
Foster an engaging environment for team development and recognize strong performance
Required Qualifications
Strong leadership experience in a sales environment, preferably in telemarketing or call centers
Solid understanding of sales techniques and telephone-based marketing
Schedule flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends
Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet
Willingness to travel to corporate headquarters as needed
