Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the talent acquisition team, setting KPIs and managing pipeline reporting
Develop and execute recruitment strategies across various functions, focusing on senior-level tech recruiting
Own ATS optimization and establish data-driven frameworks for analyzing recruiting metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years managing recruiting teams
Proven track record in recruiting senior-level technical talent
Experience building talent acquisition functions in high-growth or distributed companies
Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and AI recruiting tools
Strong grasp of global hiring compliance and multi-country recruiting
