Innovation Lead

Job Summary The Innovation Lead will serve as Five-S Group's internal technology champion bridging operations, systems, and people to drive continuous innovation. This role will lead the evaluation, integration, and optimization of enterprise software platforms, ensuring technology investments translate into measurable efficiency and competitive advantage. This position will oversee the implementation of connected systems, data-driven processes, and company-wide technology adoption. Beyond day-to-day integration, this position drives forward research on emerging technologies, builds internal capability, and sustains the organization's digital transformation journey. This is a full-time position located in Baton Rouge that will report to the President of the company.
