Digital Asset Manager

A company is looking for a Digital Asset Manager to support the organization and distribution of digital materials across content management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, organize, and distribute digital assets in Kontainer and the company intranet

Oversee asset permissions to ensure appropriate access to files and brand materials

Coordinate with the PMO and Internal Communications Manager to maintain and update department intranet pages

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Information Management, or related field preferred

1-2 years of experience managing digital assets or content in a corporate environment

Prior experience with Kontainer or similar digital asset management platforms

Familiarity with intranet systems and collaboration tools like Asana

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
