State Licensed Corporate Attorney

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Handle legal issues related to the design, implementation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of personal lines products

Provide state-level product design support to product managers as a strategic legal partner

Conduct nationwide legal research and offer guidance on product-related legal matters

Required Qualifications

Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM) with a minimum of 5 years of post-degree legal practice experience

Active license to practice law in at least one state

Experience drafting and reviewing policy forms and endorsements for personal lines insurance

Experience working with state departments of insurance on rate, rule, and form filings

Experience analyzing legislative and regulatory changes related to personal lines insurance
