We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to oversee and manage payroll operations for a mid-sized organization in Everett, Washington. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling full-cycle payroll processes across multiple states while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in using payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now.
Responsibilities :
- Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer multi-state payroll operations, adhering to varying state regulations and tax requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee earnings, deductions, and benefits.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to execute and monitor payroll functions efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll systems and processes to identify and address errors.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
Salary Range : $85,000 to $90,000
Bonus : Annual profit sharing

Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management.Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and regulations.Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms.Ability to handle payroll for mid-sized organizations with 101-500 employees.Familiarity with federal, state, and local labor laws and tax compliance.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills for addressing employee inquiries and collaborating with internal teams.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
