SNOW REMOVAL OPERATOR

Do you take pride in being the first to tackle a storm and keep your community moving? We are seeking reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our snow removal team this winter season. Our operations ensure safe and accessible properties for commercial, municipal and industrial clients. You will be part of a team that keeps roads, lots, and walkways safe in all weather conditions. If you are up to the challenge and are an assertive and experienced Snow Removal Operator, then Borst Landscape & Design is the place for you!

We are a nationally recognized, award-winning, full-service landscape design company with a large client base for snow removal throughout the Northern New Jersey area.

Our primary goal is to create satisfied clients by creating a safe environment for their properties, parking lots and sidewalks during the winter season. We believe in conducting our business socially, ethically, and responsibly.

As a Snow Removal Operator , you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. You must have experience in operating snowplow trucks, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment. Your experience must include the ability to shovel, salt, and clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways. You must be able to monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to dispatch calls and work a route efficiently. Demonstrated experience in maintaining and inspecting equipment before and after shifts. Light maintenance on snow removal equipment is a plus. You must have a willingness to work irregular hours, overnight, nights, weekends, and holidays during active snow events. While this is seasonal employment, your performance may lead to other growth opportunities come the spring season!

You must have previous snow removal and equipment experience. Training is available for the right candidate. You must hold a valid driver's license. You must be dependable, punctual and able to work safely in extreme weather conditions. Must have reliable transportation to & from the business.
