Account Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Account Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary client contact, ensuring accuracy of delivery and maintaining positive relationships

Develop and monitor project plans to ensure quality and timely delivery while facilitating communication between clients and internal teams

Analyze workflows and processes, recommending improvements and identifying additional business opportunities with current clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required

4 years of customer service experience is required

5-6 years of direct marketing experience is preferred

Technical understanding of processing requirements is essential

Professional training in account planning processes is preferred
