Your Contribution :

Responsible for billing related training for customers and internal staff including online classes, practice management set up including fee schedules, payers and clearinghouse rules.

Responsible for customer post go-live assistance with all aspects of EDI.

Responsible for knowing entire EHR application to answer questions and support customers when needed.

Your Qualification :

High School Diploma or GED / High School Equivalency.

Strong background in electronic health records including medical billing to include EDI knowledge, AR management, payment posting, understanding of financial reporting and accounting.

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Must have a positive and cooperative attitude in working and communicating with customers as well as individuals at all levels of the organization.
