We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Pod Lead) to own client performance, lead a pod team, and drive operational excellence across accounts.

Mission / Purpose of This Role

The purpose of the Performance Marketing Manager (Pod Lead) is to :

  • Lead and coach their pod to deliver best-in-class paid media performance
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact
  • Improve processes, performance, and delivery quality across accounts
  • Own pod capacity, profitability, and team development

This is a pure leadership + performance role — ideal for someone who thrives managing both people and paid media strategy.

  • Core Responsibilities

    1) Client Leadership & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for pod clients
  • Lead performance calls, strategy reviews, and QBRs
  • Present performance insights and growth roadmaps
  • Build strong, trust-based client relationships
  • Handle escalations and performance conversations
  • 2) Pod Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop pod team members
  • Run 1 : 1s, performance reviews, and growth plans
  • Provide skill development across media buying & strategy
  • Train team on creative strategy and performance frameworks
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable pod culture
  • 3) Paid Media Strategy & Oversight

  • Oversee Meta & paid social performance across pod accounts
  • Guide testing strategy, scaling strategy, and budget allocation
  • Partner with creative strategists on performance creative
  • Analyze account data and performance trends
  • Ensure accounts follow best practices and scaling frameworks
  • 4) Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Review campaigns, creatives, and launches before going live
  • Ensure tracking, naming conventions, and setup accuracy
  • Maintain high delivery standards across the pod
  • Reduce revision rates and execution errors
  • 5) Capacity & Operations Management

  • Manage pod workload distribution
  • Forecast resourcing needs
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Ensure projects deliver on time
  • Improve pod workflows and systems
  • 6) Pod Performance & P&L Ownership

  • Own pod margin and profitability targets
  • Track revenue vs. projections
  • Track spend vs. projections

  • 4–8+ years in paid media / performance marketing
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously

  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)
