We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Pod Lead) to own client performance, lead a pod team, and drive operational excellence across accounts.
Mission / Purpose of This Role
The purpose of the Performance Marketing Manager (Pod Lead) is to :
- Lead and coach their pod to deliver best-in-class paid media performance
- Serve as the primary client point of contact
- Improve processes, performance, and delivery quality across accounts
- Own pod capacity, profitability, and team development
