We are currently seeking candidates for our Midland, NC location for :

Quality Inspector – 1st or 2nd shift

SUMMARY :

Responsibilities include inspecting products at different stages of the manufacturing process, documenting their findings, recommending improvements, and reporting any defects or issues to the production team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

• Perform quality checks on manufacturing processes and products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
• Use specialized equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM to measure and verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Selects measurement techniques to maximize repeatability and reproducibility of measured parameters.
• Identify, document and report any defects or non-conformities discovered during inspection, and work with production staff to resolve any issues.
• Additional duties as assigned.
