[job_card.job_description]Proven track record of success in an agency setting, including full-desk experience (sales, marketing, and recruiting). This is a role for a Senior Recruiter who knows what to do and how to do it. Solid experience in technical recruiting is essential. Experience with engineering and / or IT roles is a big plus! Strong business acumen and the ability to project confidence. A self-directed mentality with a strong work ethic and a passion for results. The ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates. Seriously Competitive Compensation : We're not kidding our base + bonus plan is the most aggressive in the region, with payouts up to 55% of GM. No Micromanagement : We trust our team to manage their own desks and deliver results. Hybrid Work Schedule : We work mostly from home, spending 1 or 2 days a week in the office. Agency Technical Recruiter
Raven Ridge is looking for a driven and experienced Agency Technical Recruiter to join our team. This isn't just a recruiting role it's a full-desk opportunity where you'll own the entire process, from sales and marketing to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates. If you thrive in a flexible environment where you are trusted to do what you know best, we should talk.
What You'll Do :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, etc.).
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidate skills and experience.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall success.
