P&C Insurance Broker

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced professionals to join our team.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive broker-scale pay structure.
  • Guaranteed base salary for three years to support the rebuilding of your book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a book of business in the middle-market brokerage space, with a focus on casualty lines.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the internal support team to ensure efficient handling of binding renewals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.

    • Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven experience in P&C insurance, with a focus on brokerage and casualty lines.
  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and build a book of business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with preference given to candidates near one of our office locations
