Are you passionate about using data, innovation and modern technology to drive meaningful change? Were looking for a People Data & Innovation Lead to help shape the future of our people insights, strengthen decision?making across the organisation, and support transformational improvement. In this role, youll work with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic projects, and help us adopt smarter, more innovative approaches including the use of advanced analytics and AI?enabled tools.
