Job Description

Are you passionate about using data, innovation and modern technology to drive meaningful change? Were looking for a People Data & Innovation Lead to help shape the future of our people insights, strengthen decision?making across the organisation, and support transformational improvement. In this role, youll work with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to strategic projects, and help us adopt smarter, more innovative approaches including the use of advanced analytics and AI?enabled tools.

What youll be doing :

• Providing data insights and tracking progress against key performance indicators to support business change
• Collecting, analysing and interpreting complex people data using advanced and AI?assisted analytics
• Supporting and implementing improvement portfolios and seeking innovative technology solutions across HR
• Designing and developing reports, dashboards and self?service tools aligned to our people data strategy
• Planning and facilitating reporting workshops with process owners and change leads
• Leading the gathering and alignment of data migration and reporting requirements across workstreams
• Collaborating with technical teams and providing subject?matter expertise on data models, mapping and cleansing
• Using behavioural and customer insights to shape customer journeys and improve experience and engagement
