Patient Service Representative

Arizona Advanced Endoscopy is seeking a motivated Patient Service Representative to join our team. We are a fast-paced ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) environment, committed to delivering the highest quality care and experience for patients and their families. Job Summary As a Patient Services Representative, you will greet and check in patients, verify their personal and insurance information, and schedule appointments. You'll handle patient inquiries, process payments, maintain confidential records, and ensure smooth communication between patients and clinical staff.
