Schedule Details :

Position Overview : As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support, gaining a breadth of experience while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role is ideal if you seek a dynamic environment with continuous learning opportunities.

Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU units.

Qualifications : We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility in your schedule is essential.

Training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.

Your responsibilities include providing patient care using the nursing process. You will assess patient needs, plan interventions, evaluate outcomes, and engage families in care decisions. You will also be expected to anticipate changes in condition, implement safety strategies, coordinate discharge plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications : Requires a Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Education : Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
