Medical Management Coordinator

A company is looking for a Medical Management Coordinator I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support for operational inquiries, including benefit verification and authorization management

Review authorization requests and triage for clinical review, prioritizing members for needed services

Assist with departmental coordination, including answering calls, taking messages, and data tracking

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of experience in a healthcare or health insurance setting

Preferred experience with Medicare and elderly populations in healthcare

Experience performing administrative work within the healthcare field

Solid computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
