Summary of Position :

This position is responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of assigned oil and gas processing equipment, including the identification of problems or potential problems; documentation and production reporting.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Under general supervision, uses basic skills to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow safe operating practices and ensure compliance with Company Environment, Safety & Regulatory requirements. Including participation in Safety Meetings and complies with Near Miss Reporting, JSA reviews, Stop Work Authority, LOTO and SOP procedures.
• Monitors all oil and gas production equipment, including SCADA, separators, flow lines, engines, compressors, tanks, ECDs, etc.
• Perform entry to basic level lease operating skills which will include but are not limited to : SCADA systems, tank gauging, proper operation of three phase gas separators, heater treaters, line heaters, Pumping Units, Plunger Lift, Gas Lift systems and all VRUs, VRTs, VRLs and seal records.
• Prepares oil tanks for sale of product, contacts dispatch on both oil and water loads to ensure produced fluids are taken from the lease sites in a timely manner.
• Monitors assigned wells to ensure production is optimized.
• Performs operations checks of wells and production facilities to gather data, conduct maintenance, and ensure housekeeping meets expectations.
• Evaluates and reads gas meters, tank gauges, as well as converts measurements to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of lease operations.
• Operates a company vehicle safely, adheres to all driving laws and company vehicle use policies. work is performed in hazardous driving and working conditions all seasons of the year.
• Synchronize production data daily to provide timely production data to all users.
• Conducts inspections as required to ensure compliance with Federal, State, Local and Company requirements.
• Participates in route reviews to share knowledge of wells and facilities with Foreman, Production Engineering, Facility Engineering and other operational teams.
• Be a good steward while on company leases. Be professional with landowner interactions when necessary.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, replace, and / or repair (or assist in the repair) of equipment.
• Work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, mud, etc.
• Follow safe operating practices and ensure compliance with CIVI Environment, Safety & Regulatory requirements.
• Assure work performed adheres to CIVI policies and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
