A company is looking for a Contract Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the administration of all contract activities, including various agreements and NDAs
Develop and maintain a contract management system for efficient administration and reporting
Draft, review, and modify contracts in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field
Minimum five years of contract management and / or administration experience
Proficient understanding of legal and contracting terminology
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically
