Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL-A Driver to handle local deliveries and support warehouse operations. This role emphasizes efficiency customer service and adherence to safety standards. Drivers operate within a MondayFriday schedule and return home daily.

Objectives of this Role

  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and order verification.
  • Support warehouse operations including loading unloading and inventory management.
  • Promote a culture of safety customer service and continuous improvement.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
  • Load and unload orders using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Verify order accuracy including item counts addresses and documentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper working conditions of delivery vehicles.
  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed.
  • Always Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions professionally and courteously.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A license in good standing.
  • Understanding of DOT regulations and safety procedures.
  • Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs. regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in local delivery or logistics roles.
  • Familiarity with flooring construction or distribution industries.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
