Job Description

Our agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor to guide customers through personalized coverage conversations. Youll work closely with families to identify risks, recommend appropriate protection, and provide an excellent client experience from the first phone call to the final quote.

Responsibilities

Engage inbound and outbound leads using a professional, consultative approach
Gather client and household information to prepare accurate insurance quotes
Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and recommended protection strategies
Follow our structured sales process to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and follow-up activities
Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Meet monthly sales and activity expectations
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development meetings

Requirements

Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 30 days

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to connect effectively with clients

Coachable and comfortable following established processes and training

Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, quoting software)

Ability to work full-time onsite in Blue Springs, MO

Professional attitude, reliability, and interest in long-term career growth
