Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads using a professional, consultative approach
- Gather client and household information to prepare accurate insurance quotes
- Educate customers on coverage options, pricing, and recommended protection strategies
- Follow our structured sales process to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
- Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Meet monthly sales and activity expectations
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development meetings
Requirements
Property & Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain within 30 daysStrong verbal communication skills and ability to connect effectively with clientsCoachable and comfortable following established processes and trainingBasic computer proficiency (CRM systems, email, quoting software)Ability to work full-time onsite in Blue Springs, MOProfessional attitude, reliability, and interest in long-term career growth
