[job_card.job_description]FluxCD, Helm (GitOps tools) Experience with DNS management and large-scale cluster operations AWS Cloud AWS CDK SES, SNS Aurora Postgres, DynamoDB Redis (ElastiCache) OpenSearch Networking Cross-cluster and cross-organization networking VPC peering and general cloud networking across EC2 instances and domains Lead enhancements and upgrades to platform infrastructure Provide ongoing operational support and triage infrastructure issues for engineering teams Plan and execute upgrades with minimal customer impact, including : Database upgrades Other infrastructure updates Support occasional weekend deployments (6 9 times per year) for off-hours maintenance Develop detailed plans, steps, testing strategies, and risk mitigation for infrastructure work Maintain clear documentation of architecture, processes, and operational runbooks Drive GitOps best practices and ensure configurations are fully managed through repeatable workflows Partner with engineering to enable shift-left practices through automation and documentation Identify, plan, and implement automation opportunities as part of ongoing improvement
