Key Responsibilities
Meet productivity and performance objectives by aligning sourcing and recruiting activities with business priorities
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through strategic candidate engagement and relationship management
Coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities, including candidate screening and job posting administration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or healthcare IT
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
Proficient knowledge of recruiting principles and candidate evaluation methodologies
Understanding of healthcare information technology market and consulting workforce models
