[job_card.job_description]Oversee the activity of the quality assurance deliverables. Develop, implement and maintain a system of quality and reliability testing. Provides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract. Provides an independent assessment of how the project's software development process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process. May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Conducts Quality Assurance audits and reviews / analyzes data and documentation. Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications. 7-10 years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to monitor the production of a product or service in order to maintain a desired level of quality. Demonstrated knowledge of quality management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 standard published by the ISO. Demonstrated experience with methods and processes used to ensure that materials, components, or products meet expected standards or compliance requirements.
