The Position

Boost Mobile is seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Marketing to define and execute our marketing strategy through a critical period of transformation. This executive will be responsible for driving both brandleadership and performance marketing, ensuring a unified approach to growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader with proven experience in subscription-based or consumer-facing businesses, a strong grasp of AI / advanced analytics, and a track record of tenure building and scaling high-performing teams. This position is based in Denver and requires full-time, in-office presence .

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Brand / Performance Balance

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that balances long-term brand growth with near-term performance and acquisition goals.
• Define and evolve Boost Mobile's positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement across all channels.
• Lead initiatives that strengthen loyalty, retention, and customer lifetime value within subscription-based business models.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, technology, sales, and finance to align marketing priorities with enterprise objectives.
