Required skills

  • Displays enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality by incorporating operational excellence, 2nd mile service, and emotional connections with our guests and employees
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once while working at a quick, yet efficient, and thorough pace
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members
  • Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the restaurant
  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which includes, but is not limited to, standing for 8 hours and lifting up to 40 pounds

    • Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Models and supports clear communication between the front counter and kitchen staffs
  • Follows Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
  • Greets guests with eye contact and a smile
  • Efficiently and accurately takes guests’ orders
  • Maintains a high level of hospitality with both guests and coworkers
  • Takes payment and accurately counts money
  • Serves guests drinks, condiments, and food
  • Accurately prepares food and drinks according to Chick-fil-A standards
  • Navigates POS system quickly and accurately
  • Takes initiative during non-peak hours to complete side duties
  • Troubleshoots minor guest issues
  • Maintains a clean and pleasant environment

    • Position type

  • Part-time pay range (Less than 32 hours per week) : $10-$13 per hour
  • Full-time pay range (32 hours or more per week) : $15-16 per hour
  • Pay rates are based on employee availability.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

    Salary : $10.45 - $16.00 per hour
