Schedule Details / Additional Information :
Nights, with 8 and 12-hour shifts, every third weekend rotation, and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you'll care for a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Patients following cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Management of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A high volume of spinal surgery patients and medical overflow cases.As part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you’ll engage with the latest neurosurgical techniques.

Current Registered Nurse license in the practicing state.Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).Education Required :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
