Your Key Responsibilities

Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance relationship management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the Global ServiceNow ARD will work as part of the ServiceNow Global Alliance teams working directly with ServiceNow Global Alliance Leadership, counterparts within ServiceNow and EY's ServiceNow alliance practice and account executives to coordinate and deliver upon the objectives of the alliances. Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Execute ServiceNow Global alliance strategy and objectives
• Facilitate top to top ServiceNow Global relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Global Governance Activities
• Drive results through disciplined, industrialized Global wide governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line / practice, sectors, accounts / regions and ServiceNow counterparts
• Execute ServiceNow Global Business Reviews feeding insights into Global ServiceNow Alliance executives
• Deploy ServiceNow partner programs into Global, driving local activation and compliance
• Gain access to ServiceNow Global level programs, coordinating with Global ServiceNow ARD to secure required approvals
• Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, ServiceNow impact / influence
• Activate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts
• Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements
• Collaborate with Market Enablement team to define Marketing messaging and materials for Global level execution. Collaborate with local Area alliance and Brand Marketing & Communication executives to execute local Alliance marketing activities
• Contributes to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by contributing content, knowledge sharing, and market insights

This role is based in the US. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across Global and across the Globe. The role will require some travel.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in the areas of : relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support, strong relationship building skills and is highly organized. Understanding of technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions. Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services company. Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships. Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results actions across organizational boundaries. Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $228,600 to $452,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $274,300 to $514,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
