About the job you’re considering

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Test Lead with deep expertise in telecom billing systems and hands-on experience in modern test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, manage teams, and deliver high-quality solutions for complex billing platforms.

Your role

  • Lead automation testing initiatives using TestCafe, ensuring robust and scalable test coverage.
  • Manage and mentor QA teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of testing milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop and present innovative solutions to address customer challenges in the billing domain.
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for test strategies and automation frameworks.
  • Drive automation innovation and present technical solutions to stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of QA automation experience, with leadership in telecom billing projects.
  • Strong expertise in web, mobile, and API automation using TestCafe, Selenium, Playwright.
  • Proficient in CI / CD tools (Jenkins), API testing (Postman), and Agile methodologies.
  • Solid coding skills in Java / JavaScript, with experience in YAML and troubleshooting automation errors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne) and frameworks like POM and data-driven testing.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic environments, and continuously learn new technologies.
