Experience : 3–5 years of experience in a health-related field (hospital experience is a plus!) Skills : Strong understanding of social services and community resources, with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge : Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR documentation standards. Licensure : Active LSW license in New Jersey (in good standing). Bonus : Bilingual skills and experience in behavioral health are a plus!
