A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Coordinator Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative and clerical duties, including answering calls and maintaining organized medical records
Assist Clinical Coordinators with compliance and coordination of patient care activities
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective workflow and participate in quality assurance efforts
Required Qualifications
College credit in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, office management, business)
At least three years of healthcare-related experience
Knowledge of injured workers' rights and confidentiality of protected health information
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance initiatives
