Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Services Development

The Cloud team is dedicated to building a fault-resilient, highly available platform that prioritizes customer success. In this role, you will collaborate with exceptional engineers to create a scalable, secure platform using the latest technologies. With our cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Kubernetes, we encourage automation using Terraform and Ansible for continuous integration and frequent releases. Our services are developed primarily in Go with an unwavering focus on security, scalability, and stability. We aim to provide a reliable platform for customer-facing services while championing a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of cloud-based systems in AWS, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform to automate cloud resource provisioning.
• Mentor software engineering teams, guiding them in best practices for cloud development and modern software techniques.
• Analyze existing cloud architecture, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to cloud services and security.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Engage in code reviews and design discussions, offering valuable feedback to maintain high code quality.
• Enhance the security posture of our cloud infrastructure and applications by implementing cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications :

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000, plus bonus and benefits.
