Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 / yr.

Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll, including benefit deductions for bi-weekly pay runs.
• Serve as benefits coordinator and reconcile insurance invoices.
• Assist accounting and HR teams with related administrative functions.
• Manage employee training and certification requirements; schedule, track, and verify completion.
• Handle safety compliance, including subcontractor verification and DISA client requirements.
• Oversee ISN data management and ensure all pre-deployment training verifications are complete for customer sites.

Qualifications : Must have experience with HR, payroll, safety, ISNetworld, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
