Human Resources Intern

As a Human Resources Intern, you'll play a hands-on role supporting the HR team across a range of functionsfrom talent acquisition and employee engagement to organizational development. You'll gain exposure to real projects, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and build foundational skills for a future career in HR. Responsibilities could include :

• Collaborating on the development and implementation of initiatives and solutions to improve performance and processes such as :
• Reviewing employee engagement survey data and creating a new method to display the results
• Assisting with employee communications and recognition
• Managing reports, dashboards, and metrics that measure efficiency and effectiveness across our organization
• Creating strategies for New Hire Orientation
