Job Overview and Responsibilities
As an Analyst on the Customer Insights & Analytics team, you will support a multi-phased insights strategy based on a continuous cycle of listening, interpreting, driving action and monitoring customer centric data. We are seeking creative, curious, and driven individuals who enjoy solving tough problems with data and insights. This analyst will partner with key operational and product leaders to deliver strategic insights that drive improvements in the customer experience at United. This role requires a passion for customers, attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities and strong business acumen. Ideal candidates will have experience with extracting insights from large volumes of data and be able to clearly communicate findings and make recommendations to business partners responsible for strategic business decisions.
This position is considered Chicago-based hybrid and will require two days in office per week.

The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00. The base salary range / hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and / or long-term incentive compensation awards.
