Clinical Nurse II - General Med / Surg, Nights

Join our dedicated team in the Medical Surgical Hospitalist unit where you will play a vital role in patient care. As a Clinical Nurse II, you will provide compassionate nursing care, coordinate patient progress, and ensure safe and effective treatment during night shifts.

Position Overview :

In this role, you will :

• Assess, coordinate, and implement the needs of assigned patients throughout their care journey, focusing on their progress towards discharge.
• Deliver and manage patient care collaboratively with your caregiving team, ensuring all patients receive competent and compassionate care.
• Contribute significantly to creating a supportive and empathetic environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
• Engage in performance and quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and care outcomes.
• Exhibit exceptional service excellence by maintaining open communication with patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Promote a culture of teamwork through positive interactions and collaboration with colleagues.
• Ensure a safe environment by adhering to established procedures and practices tailored to meet the diverse needs of patients.
• Practice responsible stewardship of resources, including a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Salary : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00 per year with an hourly rate of $34.65 - $35.69.
