Administrator (Home Health)

We are seeking an experienced and motivatedAdministratorto oversee operations, support departmental leaders, and help strengthen our organizations overall performance. The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, evaluating business processes, and supporting departmental managers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee managers schedules and daily workflow
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
• Manage employee discipline and terminations per company policy
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to improve efficiency
• Review and optimize business procedures
• Implement policies that enhance daily operations
• Ensure safe, adequate, and compliant work environments
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for financial objectives
• Perform other related duties as assigned that may not be listed here but are essential to supporting patient care and agency operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of home health or related healthcare experience
• Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field
• Must have knowledge with all federal and state health and safety regulations and requirements in the state of Arizona
• Excellent computer software skills necessary to produce accurate documents and materials required
