A company is looking for an FP&A Business Partner to connect financial strategy with operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a senior financial advisor, aligning strategic priorities with financial plans and actionable insights

Lead the development and management of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis for executive decision-making

Develop and deliver enterprise-level performance reporting and financial analysis to inform strategic insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred

MBA and / or CPA strongly preferred

5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a related role

Strong knowledge of Adaptive or other Enterprise Planning tools required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with enterprise financial systems like NetSuite or Salesforce required
