Logistics Coordinator

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and oversee key aspects of outbound shipping and supply chain operations. This is a full-time onsite position offering a dynamic environment and opportunities for growth.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate packing lists and prepare shipping documentation

• Coordinate outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery

• Negotiate freight quotes and schedule carrier pickups

• Communicate with internal departments and external customers

• Enter logistics data into SAP and reconcile freight invoices

• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (required)

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics (preferred)

• Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred)

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills
