Job Description :

Become a key contributor to growth and modernization as a Senior Full Stack Python Engineer in this dynamic and expanding team in the Indianapolis, IN metro. Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications using Python.

Work extensively with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.

Utilize AWS container services (e.g., ECS, EKS) for efficient and reliable application deployment and scaling.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and improvements.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Python development and modern front-end technologies.

Solid understanding of relational database principles and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.

Experience deploying and managing applications within AWS container environments.

Background working in the annuity, insurance and / or finance industry with a track history of automating investment management systems.

Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

A proactive and collaborative approach to work.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $160,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
