Security Officer - Aerospace Facility Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer - Aerospace Facility Patrol Driver in Orlando, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero / Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Pay Rate : $19.99 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for irregularities.
  • Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry and exit of personnel and visitors at the location.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, unusual occurrences, and maintenance issues according to site protocols.
  • Support site operations by maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location and responding to requests for assistance as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide information and support security-related policies and procedures.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
