The Senior Manager of Network Engineering leads the strategy and day-to-day operations of an enterprise network environment. This role manages network leaders and engineers to deliver a secure, scalable, and high-performing network that supports business growth and operational resilience. The ideal candidate blends deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise network strategy, roadmap, and standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop distributed and hybrid network teams
• Ensure network availability, performance, security, and compliance
• Partner with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Oversee network project intake, prioritization, resource planning, and budgets
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Present network strategies and key initiatives to senior leadership
• Monitor industry trends to guide network modernization efforts
