JOB SUMMARY:

This role seeks an experienced Product Manager ready to tackle the significant challenge of shaping and leading organization-level engineering strategies within the Insurance Claims domain. The ideal candidate will spearhead product roadmap creation, prioritization, and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs, company objectives, and market trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product launches and enhancements while meticulously tracking and improving product performance is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in customer discovery alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to understand client use cases and needs.
• Define and build a product roadmap considering customer insights, strategic goals, and competitive analysis.
• Prioritize urgent and impactful problems from the backlog, balancing business and customer benefits.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing with engineering and quality assurance, deciding on feature release readiness.
• Orchestrate product launches in collaboration with Engineering, Support, and Go-to-Market teams, monitoring key metrics for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Profound understanding of team alignment and system design for streamlined end-to-end processes.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification using Excel.

Industry Experience Required:

Previous experience in the Insurance Claims domain or related field is highly desirable, providing valuable industry insight for strategic planning and execution.
