Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager leads all corporate and property-level marketing efforts, overseeing brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, leasing / sales marketing, and campaign execution across the company’s real estate portfolio. This role ensures cohesive branding, drives demand for active properties, and supports corporate initiatives, including investor, development, and recruitment marketing.
