Night Dispatcher

Broco Energy is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Dispatcher to manage our overnight fuel and logistics operations. This role acts as the critical communication hub during night hours, ensuring that our fleet of fuel drivers and emergency service technicians operate safely and efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers on the road and customers requiring emergency service.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Fleet Coordination

• Monitor Night Operations : actively track and monitor the progress of night-shift fuel drivers and transport loads using fleet management software.
• Route Optimization : Adjust routes in real-time based on traffic, weather conditions, or emergency fuel requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Terminal Coordination : Communicate with the Terminal staff (reporting to John McCann) to ensure smooth loading intervals and resolve any loading rack access issues during the night shift.
• Shift Handover : Prepare detailed shift reports for the incoming Day Dispatch team, noting any unresolved issues, vehicle maintenance flags, or delivery exceptions.
