Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Flexible Schedule

Location : Columbia, MD

Schedule : Part-Time | Afternoons, Evenings, and Optional Weekends

Pay : BT $18–$21 / hr | RBT $22–$27 / hr

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring BTs and RBTs for flexible schedules supporting both clinic-based and in-home services . This role includes afternoon and evening hours, with optional weekend availability . Schedules may be split between multiple technicians when appropriate.

This role is well suited for candidates seeking flexibility and consistency without a full-time commitment.

Requirements

BT or RBT credential (RBT preferred)

Afternoon and evening availability

Weekend availability preferred but not required
