Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

OBGYN Opening - Wilmington, Delaware Position Details - Full-time, permanent- Established practice, busy community hospital- Average of 750 newborns / year- Practice consisting of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and time spent on the labor deck.- Monday - Friday outpatient clinic + On call 1 in 4, including nights & weekends- Certified by the Joint Commission.- Family Medicine Residency- Renovated and Expanded Offices- Women's Health Nurse Practitioners and Midwives in the practice setting- Blocked OR time with two robotic platforms and PA surgical assist Structure - 2 midwives- part-time and PRN- 1 NP- part-time- 1 physician- full-time- medical assistants- receptionists- triage nurses Compensation and Benefits : - Competitive salary range based on experience and training- Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time - Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability- Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.- Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid- 403(b) with a company match up to 10%- Professional Liability Insurance with tail- License and DEA reimbursement- Health Savings Accounts (HSA)- Flexible spending accounts (health, dependent care) Requirements - 1+ years experience post residency
